What we do
IPAI empowers disadvantaged children to pursue the performing arts through scholarships, creative workshops, mentorship from professional artists, and community showcases that build confidence and belonging.

Vision: To be a catalyst that opens the door to the performing arts for disadvantaged children—helping them grow creatively, gain self‑confidence, and find their voice.
Mission: Provide free or low‑cost access to learning and performing opportunities, connect young learners with professional artist‑mentors, and build inclusive creative spaces in Hattiesburg and beyond.

🌟 DreamStage 2026 — Opening the Door to Art

Venue: Hattiesburg Cultural Center, Mississippi, USA
Presented by: Institute of the Performing Arts International (IPAI)
Who it's for: Children & teens ages 8–18, artist‑mentors, volunteers, parents, and the wider arts‑loving community.
Objectives
- Raise funds for the 2026 DreamStage Scholarship.
- Premiere 12 original or adapted youth performances co‑created with mentors.
- Host artists from 5 countries to share practice and inspiration.
- Hold the Art for Change forum on arts‑led child & community development.
Main Activities
- Youth Gala (Mar 14): Open stage showcasing young talents.
- Workshop: “My Story, My Stage” (Mar 15, morning): Storybuilding & mini‑performances with mentors.
- Forum: “Art for Change” (Mar 15, afternoon): Dialogues on models that support children through art.
- Evening: “One Stage – One Heart” (Mar 15, night): Showcase & charity auction for the scholarship fund.
Get Involved
Support logistics, class facilitation, and care for young participants.
Coach, create, and perform alongside children at DreamStage.
Contribute funds, instruments, costumes, or tuition support.
